ITAérea reinforced its role on the global stage during the Global Implementation Support Symposium (GISS) 2026, held in Marrakech, through its active participation as an ACI Accredited Training Partner, in strategic meetings with Airports Council International (ACI) aiming at coordinating international initiatives in aviation training and capacity building.
During the discussions, Issa Castro, Director of Training Programmes at ACI, highlighted the value of these exchanges, noting that the organization is focused on “connecting with the community and continuing the conversation on developing the next generation of aviation professionals.”
Meanwhile, Gurjit Gill, AMPAP Director at ACI, emphasized the importance of the symposium as a platform for strengthening global collaboration: “This forum allows us to connect with key stakeholders and reinforce programmes that directly impact airport management worldwide.”
