ITAérea has an excellent relationship with the Costa Rican people. ITAérea has had a warm welcome, and this is the reason why it has always promptly responded to applications for training or joint organization of events.

Costa Rica has only one private airport operator: AERIS. However, from the beginning it has benefited from the services of ITAérea, namely training, primarily of executives.

The presence in 2017 of the School Directorate-General in Costa Rica undoubtedly strengthened the links between both companies.

Costa Rica, officially known as the Republic of Costa Rica, is a sovereign country organized as a presidential unitary republic made up of 7 counties. Located in Central America, its territory has a total area of 51 100 sq. km. It borders with Nicaragua to the north, the Caribbean Sea to the east, Panama to the southeast and the Pacific Ocean to the west. As regards its maritime boundaries, it shares borders with Panama, Nicaragua, Colombia and Ecuador (through the Isla del Coco). According to the last population census, it has 4 807 850 inhabitants. Its capital, political and economic hub is San José, and the official language is Spanish.
