Training on Air Law

Aviation law is the sum of a set of rules resulting from the specialisation of existing subjects. Thus, it is a specialisation of civil law when it regulates liability in air transport, for example, or of commercial law when it deals with issues such as the merger of airlines, the sale and purchase of aircraft by a company, or of administrative sanctioning law or criminal law when it deals with aeronautical offences, aeronautical administrative sanctions or urban planning specialities.
