In May 2022, ITAérea and the Sierra Leone Civil Aviation Authority (SLCAA) signed a MOU collaboration agreement whereby ITAérea would deliver training at all levels for the Sierra Leone regulator.
As a consequence of this signing, there have been several training programs that ITAérea is developing for the public institution.
A visit to the facilities of ITAérea Madrid was necessary to monitor the progress of the agreement and prepare for the future.
This appointment was held last Friday, February 10 and the conference was attended by representatives of ITAérea, the SLCAA and the consultancy firm Aertec.
We at ITAérea want to thank the effort made by Mr. Alex Pratt, Director of Corporate Services of SLCAA, and Mr. Arnold Kargbo, Director of Human Resources of SLCAA, for making this visit possible and for signing the collaboration agreement.
Both senior managers had the opportunity to visit the facilities of the Business School in the Spanish capital.
During the meeting, different issues related to air transport in Africa and Europe were addressed.
After the visit, we can anticipate that many projects will be developed jointly.
