Vicente Estebaranz

Vicente Estebaranz has more than twenty years of professional experience in Real Estate Law, Administrative Law, and Urban Planning. Joining Pérez-Llorca in 2002, in January 2009 he was appointed Partner of the Firm.

He has developed his professional career in the fields of Administrative, Urban Planning, and Real Estate Law both in the public and private sectors. Within the former, his time at the General Directorate of Urban Planning of the Ministry of Territorial Planning and Urban Development of the Community of Madrid stands out, where he carried out technical advisory work on planning and urban discipline. Also in the public sector, between 2000 and 2002, he was appointed Director of Urban Projects of the Real Estate Company of the Free Zone of Cádiz.

In the private sector, his participation in the establishment and direction of the Metrópoli Foundation for Innovation and Territorial Design stands out, of which he was First Secretary General of the Board of Trustees until 2000.
