Partner of Public and Regulatory Law at Ceca Magán Abogados
Graduate in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid, he is a specialist in Regulatory Law and a State Attorney.
Before joining Aena, he held various positions in both the public and private sectors: he has had different responsibilities as a State Attorney, and has been secretary of the Board of Directors and director of Legal Services of Correos y Telégrafos, partner responsible for the Telecommunications and Public Law area at KPMG Abogados, director of Legal Services at Sogecable, director of Coordination at the State Society of Lotteries and State Betting, deputy director general of Gaming Regulation at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, general secretary of the Board of Directors of ICEX Spain Export and Investment and, in his last stage, general secretary and deputy secretary of the Board of Directors of CESCE.
He has been corporate general secretary of Aena SME, S.A. since January 9, 2018, and secretary of the Board of Directors since January 15, 2018.
He is currently a Partner of Public and Regulatory Law at Ceca Magán Abogados.
