Waynabox

Wayna is a business project led by students from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and ITAérea Aeronautical Business School that aims to revolutionize the way to travel by air, exploiting a market that has not existed to date.

Based on similar successful programs in other sectors such as railways, it aims to offer passengers the possibility of traveling on last minute flights with conditions never seen before in the sector, at a cost close to zero for the airline and taking advantage of numerous operational advantages that have not yet been exploited.

Through a commercial alliance, this project will allow passengers to fly on any of the vacant ‘last call’ seats on the flights of the member airlines which, without this program, would not be profitable, generating a benefit for the airline operator.
