Amongst the different impacts of Covid-19 in the airport sector, the large slash in passenger demand at all levels has dried up the privatization pipeline in the Latam region as well as at a global scale. Besides, government budgets have further constrained to invest in new infrastructure. While there is an avid appetite for private investors to pour money into the business, the risk profile for airports has changed and projects are and will be analyzed from different perspectives. The panel of executives will go through their internal views on investing in airport assets and how these views have changed from pre-Covid era.
