Airport Commercial Marketing
This course will explore the importance of implementing marketing strategies in a customer-centric environment. Participants will develop skills required to effectively market their airport as well as their products and services to the benefit of the Airport, their Travellers and Business customers.
The course will also explore industry Best Practices and develop a forward-thinking approach to marketing providing participants with the necessary skills to evolve along with the changing environment and increase non-aeronautical revenues.

Airport Concession Management
Effective Concession management represents a crucial element of successful airport development. Accordingly, this course will support airports and their business partners to identify, engage and ensure long-term concession arrangements that deliver customer value and shareholder returns.
Participants will develop the necessary skills and professional confidence to establish strategies, execute agreements and manage effectively, that represent best-practice, in an ever-changing environment, such as the impact of industry disruptors (pandemics, global events, etc.).

Integrating Drone Operations near Airports
Drone (UAVs, RPAs, RPAS, etc.) operations have emerged as significant disruptors, especially near airports. Current airspace designations and classifications were done decades ago, without considering unmanned operations, especially close to the ground. This short course will introduce and discuss various elements to be considered when adapting airport operations and drone operations to each other.

Understanding the Basics of Airport Collaborative Decision-Making
As Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM) evolved, it became apparent that inefficiencies in the use of airport and airspace resources were prevalent. In addition, the lack of situational awareness in the airport ground handling and airline dispatch domains were leading to inefficiencies. This course introduces Airport Collaborative Decision-Making (A-CDM) and explores its role in modern airport and flight operations.
